Easter Brunch and Dinner Options in Spokane [Updated for 2021]
Easter falls on April 4 this year, and we’ve come a long way since Easter 2020. This year, more is happening with Easter in Spokane, from outdoor fun to plenty of indoor goodies.
Here’s a breakdown of all the fun Easter activities in Spokane that you can do outside, inside (with reduced capacity, in some instances), and at home!
Also, don’t forget your local Spokane neighborhood may have its own events planned! Make sure to sign up for Nextdoor or your local Facebook neighborhood group to see if anyone is putting on an Easter egg hunt or other fun event.
Easter Meals at Spokane Restaurants
With new capacity rules around Washington state, more restaurants are opening up for delicious Easter options. Make sure to call ahead at the restaurants listed below, however, as capacity is reduced.

One of our favorite places to enjoy a night out is offering both Easter breakfast and Easter dinner!
For $39 per person, enjoy the following Easter breakfast meal from 1898:
Farm fresh cheesy scrambled eggs, Applewood smoked bacon, hand-carved ham slices, roasted red breakfast potatoes, house-made biscuit, scratch sausage gravy, lemon-curd French toast, Belgium waffle, buttermilk flapjacks, seasonal fruit, pure maple syrup
Easter dinner at 1898 is even more robust, with a three course meal and offerings like honey-pineapple ham, thyme-roasted chicken, and rock salt prime rib. Prices vary – find both menus here.

Rind and Wheat
One of Spokane’s newest, and most famous, local bakeries, Rind and Wheat, is offering quite the Easter selection. Make sure to place your orders now for treats like:
- Asparagus Parmesan Quiche
- Hot Cross Buns
- Carrot Cake

Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar
Three Twigs locations (South Hill, Wandermere and Spokane Valley) will all offer an Easter Brunch menu on April 4 from 9 AM – 2 PM. It’s a three course, plated brunch with the option to add champagne – and kids under 5 eat free! Take a look at the menu below:
You can have a service like Seamless, DoorDash, Postmates or local Treehouse Deliveries deliver your food straight to your door, with no contact delivery (aka they’ll put the items on the ground in a bag, text you your order is delivered, and then you get your food once they leave). Easy – and helps to support our local restaurants!
After you’ve eaten, you may be looking for a way to release all that excess energy (you or the kids!). City playgrounds are open, and it’s a great time to visit the new parks at Riverfront in downtown Spokane.

What’s Easter without candy? If you’re looking for some delicious local candy shops, check out Fluffy’s! Fluffy’s is a relatively new candy shop in Spokane, located on the north side. One thing we really love about Fluffy’s? Their customer service – they are great at answering almost any question you throw at them, from where to find rare, old candies to ‘what’s in that candy’ and everything in between.

Easter Egg Hunts Around Spokane
As things get back to normal, one thing we know you might be looking forward to in 2021 is Easter egg hunts! You’re in luck – Pool World, Inc. and other local companies are hosting an Easter Egg hunt on April 4 from 9 AM to 3 PM. Learn more about the times – they are staggered so the little ones can Easter fun and don’t have to compete with the big kids – here.
Don’t forget to head to downtown Spokane for the Spring Scramble Scavenger Hunt! This fun event takes place from March 27 to April 10. Simply get or print out a worksheet and locate 10 Spring Scramble signs around downtown and Riverfront Park. Unscramble the words to complete the crossword puzzle, then show your completed worksheet at Whiz Kids in River Park Square to claim your goody bag!
On Friday, April 2, make sure to bring your scooters, bikes and more to downtown Spokane and downtown Coeur d’Alene for Anethsis Co’s Easter Flower Totes! That’s right, Anthesis Co. (the fantastic local flower shop) will have Easter egg totes for their Easter Egg Hunt in downtown Spokane and CdA from 3-5 PM. Learn more here.
