What is there to do in Spokane on the 4th of July?
Spokane offers a range of events for people of all ages to celebrate Independence Day. One of the most popular events for the 4th of July in Spokane are the fireworks at Riverfront Park. In years past, this was a one-day event, but this year, thanks to ICCU, it’s a multi-day carnival!

That’s right, from Friday, June 30 to Tuesday, July 4, enjoy a Ferris wheel, Zipper, a kids’ roller coaster, cotton candy, kettle corn – and of course, fireworks! Last year, we enjoyed 4th of July fireworks at Avista Stadium after a Spokane Indians baseball game, and it’s quite a sight! Not only is going to a baseball game and indulging in fun, fried foods a treat, but catching a great game and enjoying fireworks with friends or family? Now that’s a celebration! This year, head to Avista Stadium to enjoy the game at 7:05 pm and stay for 10 pm fireworks!
Want something a little more low key for 4th of July in Spokane? On the morning of July 4, head over to the Spokane neighborhood of Corbin Park, where you can enjoy the annual Corbin Park family fun walking parade. If you’re going to Avista Stadium to watch the Spokane Indians play, and stay for fireworks, there’s no bad seat in the house! Grab your seat around 10 pm and wait for the incredible show.
At Liberty Lake, people have said you can see the fireworks throughout the city, so if you don’t want to be among the crowds, Liberty Lake might be a great place to see fireworks no matter where you are.

It depends, but in general the fireworks shows in Spokane last around eight minutes long.
